The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), Department of Energy (DOE), and the US-ASEAN Business Council (USABC) will be partnering with the Singapore Energy Market Authority (EMA) to organize the annual US-Singapore Forum, consisting of a set of panels with the potential to shape policy. This year’s theme focuses on hyper-scalers and data centers, and the energy needed to power them. The US-Singapore Forum takes place as part of the Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW) in late October 2026. Organized since 2008, SIEW is an annual platform that brings together leading industry professionals and high-level policymakers and commentators from around the world to share best practices and solutions within the global energy space. The organizers also plan to invite U.S. companies / organizations to participate as speakers, panelists, moderators with the goal of showcasing US tech innovation in the energy space and providing thought leadership.
