Forwarded Invitation: Project Briefing on Collaboration Opportunities under the MSME Finance Project – Indonesia Compact II Program
Tuesday, May 26, 2026 (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM) (WIB)
Description
The Government of the United States, through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), in partnership with the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, is implementing the Indonesia Infrastructure and Finance Compact (Compact II)—a major grant program aimed at promoting inclusive and sustainable economic growth. One of its key components, the MSME Finance Project, focuses on expanding access to finance for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), a critical segment of Indonesia’s economy that continues to face a significant financing gap. The Millennium Challenge Account Indonesia II (MCA-Indonesia II), as the implementing entity, is currently advancing the design of the MSME Finance Project. Initial consultations, including with select industry stakeholders and members of your associations, have helped shape the program’s direction. As the design progresses, we are now further defining the implementation modalities and partnership opportunities, including potential areas of engagement for U.S. private sector firms on both commercial and corporate social responsibility (CSR) fronts.
